Psalm 72

"A Prayer for the King and his Reign Petitioning All Kinds of Benefits"

I suppose this would be a good prayer for any leader. Give him (her) righteousness and good judgement

4. May he defend the cause of the poor of the people, give deliverance to the needy . . ."

15 "Long may he live . . ." (no term limits)

18. "Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, who alone does wonderous things." (It's God who does the good, rather than the king (who does good through God)

Yes, a prayer for or of Solomon by David. Notes indicate that this was surely used for kings after Solomon and can even refer to Jesus. It was probably used at coronations.
What the king will do:
defend the afflicted, save needy children, crush the oppressor, take pity on the weak and needy and save them
Results of his rule:
mountains will bring prosperity, the righteous will flourish, prosperity will abound, all neighboring rulers will honor him and pay tribute to him, grain and fruit will abound

This ends Book 2 of the Psalms.
