God's Rule over the Nations
1 - 4 This one would be good to set to music: "Clap you hands, all you peoples; shout to God with loud songs of joy!" He also chose the heritage of Jacob . . .
5 - 7 More singing to God - to God like a shout, to the Lord like a trumpet.
8 - 9 "God is king over the nations; God sits on his holy throne" The shields of earth belong to God.

Oops - I think I commented on psalm 47! Still this one is great - see verse 11: "Be exalted, O God, above all the heavens. Let your glory be over all the earth."
