Paul continues the discussion about their money collection.
8 God can enable you to have more if you give more.
12 The effect of the Corinthian's generousity will extend far beyond their stated purpose. Paul tells them that they will be an example to other churches in the area but, because we are still reading about it, they have become an example to all churches through the ages.
15 God is the prime example of giving since he gave his son to the world. Our giving is our response to him for this sacrifice.
