5 - 21 Salvation Is for All
5 - 13 says to me that we shouldn't worry about whether or not we're going to heaven, but simply to believe.
9. ". . . if you confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that god raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
He cited Joel 2.32: "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
(This is all a relief after all the talk of the elect in the last chapter . . . )
